Cindy Mowatt, CPO, brings over 13 years of experience in the field of orthotics and prosthetics. She earned her Bachelor of Science from Fresno Pacific University with an emphasis in Pre-Physical Therapy. While preparing for a career in physical therapy, she attended a seminar that introduced her to orthotics and prosthetics—a field she immediately recognized as a better fit for her skills and interests. Cindy went on to complete her Graduate Certificates in Orthotics and Prosthetics at California State University, Dominguez Hills. Later, driven by her interest in understanding people and improving clinical environments, she earned a Master of Science in Psychology with a focus on Organizational and Industrial Psychology from Southern New Hampshire University.

An ABC-certified Prosthetist Orthotist, Cindy has specialized in Cranial Remolding Orthoses for over a decade. Her passion lies in helping families achieve meaningful, lasting correction of their babies’ head shapes. Joining Align Clinic in 2025 enables her to continue this focus while expanding the range of orthotic solutions she offers, further enhancing the treatment experience for patients and families. While the visible outcomes of cranial remolding are deeply rewarding, Cindy finds equal fulfillment in the relationships she builds with parents and siblings throughout the process.
