Our Practitioner & Staff
Emery Maloney has nearly 30 years of technical, clinical, and managerial experience in the Green Bay, WI area. Emery is native to Northeast Wisconsin and started his career as a technician in 1985 with Tyo & Tyo LTD. He is a US Army Combat Veteran and was deployed to Operation Desert Storm & Operation Provide Comfort in 1991. After a six month deployment, he returned to his technician role, later starting school to become ABC certified in Orthotics.
Emery worked part-time as a staff orthotist while putting himself through college and in 1998 graduated with a Bachelors in Business Administration. In 2000, Emery was certified in Orthotics by the American Board for Certification in Orthotics, Prosthetics & Pedorthics (ABC). While in school, the company was acquired by Rehab Designs of America where he was the Area Clinic Manager for Green Bay, Manitowoc & Sheboygan. In 2004, this company was acquired by Hanger, Inc. where he was the Clinic Manager until his departure in late 2014.
Emery joined Align Clinic January 2015 and enjoys the new challenges. Emery enjoys upland bird and deer hunting, fishing, trap shooting, camping and spending quality family time with his three children.
Lynn Chervenka
Office Administrator
Lynn Chervenka was born and raised in Green Bay and her family still lives nearby. She has been in the orthotics and prosthetics profession since 2008. She was first introduced to the profession when her grandson needed a Cranial Remolding Orthosis. He was seen and treated by Emery Maloney, CO. During his treatment, Lynn decided on a new career in orthotics and prosthetics with Emery.
She has and still enjoys many years of interacting with the patients. Her impeccable customer service, knowledge of the durable medical field and can-do attitude help her provide the best overall experience for everyone she meets.
Marsha Holtzheimer
Office Administrator
Marsha Holtzheimer has been with Align Clinic since March of 2021 as the office administrator of the insurance and billing department. She has over 20 years experience in medical customer service, billing, insurance and collections. Marsha gladly checks benefits prior to services and obtains authorizations as needed. She also sends the claims off to the insurance and follows up on claims, sending appeals if needed. She has a friendly and helpful attitude, always wanting to be sure patients understand their insurance and their cost prior to getting an orthotic device. She has a lot of knowledge on how to handle insurance companies and a lot of experience helping customers, and greatly enjoys interacting with the Align clinic customers. She will gladly say working at Align clinic has been her most rewarding job yet.
Marsha is happily married to Dave and has adult step-children and a grandson, Mason, that she dotes on. Her and her husband enjoy camping and spending their spare time with family and friends around a campfire, around the TV watching UFC, or simply grilling and hanging out. She is also a dog mom and spoils her pupper, Finley, almost as much as she spoils her grandson.
