Emery Maloney brings nearly 40 years of technical, clinical, and managerial expertise to the Green Bay, WI area. A native of Northeast Wisconsin, Emery began his career as a technician in 1985. He is a U.S. Army Combat Veteran, having served in Operation Desert Storm and Operation Provide Comfort in 1991. Following a six-month deployment, he resumed his technician role and, in 1992, began his education to become an ABC Certified Orthotist.
While pursuing his studies, Emery worked part-time as a staff orthotist and earned a Bachelor’s in Business Administration in 1998. In 2000, he achieved certification in Orthotics from the American Board for Certification in Orthotics, Prosthetics & Pedorthics (ABC).
Emery’s career trajectory includes experience with both smaller orthotic companies and regional orthotics and prosthetics companies, ultimately leading him to an Area Clinic Manager position with one of the largest orthotics and prosthetics companies globally, right here in Northeast Wisconsin.
In January 2015, Emery made a deliberate decision to return to his roots and joined Align Clinic, where he embraces new challenges. Align Clinic Green Bay enables Emery to offer patients a “hometown orthotic experience” backed by a multi-center company. He is proficient in providing a wide range of orthotic devices, from basic foot orthotics to complex stance control KAFOs. Emery takes particular pride in his specialization as a pediatric orthotist, possessing extensive experience in this field within Northeast Wisconsin. He provides lower limb and upper limb orthotics, scoliosis devices, and cranial remolding orthoses for Align Clinic’s youngest patients and their families.
Outside of work, Emery is married and cherishes time with their combined eight children. He enjoys outdoor activities such as deer hunting, upland bird hunting, sporting clays, and watching his hunting dogs in action.
