From highway 280, follow directions below:
From San Jose International Airport: follow signs for 87 South
Take highway 87 South (3B)
In 4.5 miles exit Almaden Expressway
Follow Almaden Expressway for 1.8 miles
Take the exit toward Capitol Expressway/Auto Mall
Follow the road to the right toward Capital Expy (this is Newberry Dr. )
Follow the road around office buildings on the right and look for “Evergreen Dental” signs, turn
Right into parking lot.
Enter the building door that faces Newberry Dr. We are across the hall from Evergreen Dental.

From 101 North:
Take 85 North
Exit to 87 North toward Downtown San Jose
In 1 mile take exit 1 toward Capitol Expressway/Auto Mall
Turn right onto Narvaez Ave
Sharp right onto Capitol Expy.
Continue 1.1 miles and turn right onto Calvary Way (just past overpass). Follow road onto
Almaden Expressway South.
Continue onto overpass and stay in right hand lane.
Exit toward Capitol Expressway /Auto Mall
Follow the road to the right toward Capital Expy (this is Newberry Dr.)
Continue on the road around office buildings on the right and look for “Evergreen Dental” signs.
Turn Right into parking lot.
Enter the building door that faces Newberry Dr. We are across the hall from Evergreen Dental.

Or, if you miss the right hand turn onto Calvary Way, get into left lane and just after the pillars in
the median with stars and stripes, make a U turn at Gardendale Dr.
Turn Right onto Newberry Dr. (just before the small shopping center).
Then turn into parking lot on the left
