Front Desk Office Administrator – Green Bay, WI

A busy medical office located in Green Bay, WI is looking for a new Front Desk Office Administrator to add to our growing team. We are seeking a motivated individual with effective multitasking capability, ability to prioritize, and the willingness to learn. Excellent customer service skills and positive demeanor are a must. While we are willing to train the right candidate, preference will be given to applicants with prior experience in a medical office setting. This position primarily entails:

    • Answering phones, fax, and email correspondence
    • Checking patients in and out, including obtaining demographic/insurance info and collecting payments
    • Data entry of new patients, including obtaining prescriptions, scanning, and maintaining the filing system
    • Organizing and preparing patient charts
    • Scheduling patient appointments
    • Maintaining provider contracts and office compliance
    • Assisting with shipping, receiving, and warranty follow-ups
    • Managing office maintenance
    • Assisting with back-office duties such as verifying insurance benefits and obtaining insurance authorizations, as needed

Skills required:

    • Great attitude and customer service
    • Strong computer competency; Microsoft Office & Google Suite
    • Must have impeccable time management, organization, documentation, and communication skills

    • ABC or BOC certification in Prosthetics and Orthotics
    • Two years or more experience in prosthetic and orthotic patient care

    • Ability to build professional relationships with referral sources
